A very rare exquisitely made quilted tea cozy/kettle cover by highly regarded German tapestry and fabric company, Rosel Erzeugnisse, known for quality and attention to detail of all of their products. The base of the tea cozy is made of brass, the two handles can be opened so that the fabric ‘shell’ can be opened.
Possible made in the 1930’s, but can’t find any information about the history of the company. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
